We are currently about 3 months into our journey of none of the foods she’s reactive to from Lucia’s food sensitivities and allergies. It was hard at first, but now we are in a routine. Yes I still wish we could eat some of things, mostly for convenience. I’m happy to report that the inflammation level determined from her blood and stool tests is well on it’s way to normal range!!!

So when I list all the things she can’t have….

Gluten
Dairy
Egg
Soy
Turkey
Avocado
Tomato
Oats
Citrus
Raspberry
Hazelnuts
Almonds

First of all, people feel sorry for me, then they ask “what does she eat?”

And I really don’t even know how to respond to this, so I’m going to start adding to this list so you can get some ideas! Also she’s gaining weight really well!!! Which her GI was a bit concerned about at first, but I reassured her that I was confident I could feed her well even within all the limitations, and my mama instincts were correct!

Here’s a typical lunch I pack for Lucia….think simple, unprocessed, real food…..

Apple & Maple Chicken Sausages (We find at Costco)
Rice Crackers
Sugar Snap Peas
Cherries
Daiya Vegan Cheese (the BEST vegan cheese out there, and I’ve tried them all)
Papaya Enzyme (she thinks it is a treat, but it’s part of her supplement regime)

Oh and we LOVE our yumbox, it is perfect for on-the-go and it helps me to always have enough food for my growing girls.
